Unlike most rental homes on Marco Island, this one is spectacular!!!!!! Situated on two lots and the forest preserve, this very private residential home has no neighbors. It is blocks to a major Marco shopping center with excellent restaurants, Publix, Dollar Store and a fine wine and liquor store.
Nestled around a preserved view that peeks through every window. You can sit back on the hammock, and hear the sound of nature at its very best , because you are on a corner of the jungle. In your back yard you have your own path to the ocean just walking 300 feet through the beautiful mangroves. Then you will find your own secret spot to get lost fishing.
Newly constructed in 2005-2006, this two thousand four hundred square feet are all wooden flooring, fully furnished and tastefully decorated by the owner with her paintings and murals. Tita is a very recognized artist at the area. The house serves as our residence when we are on the island.
Huge master bedroom with king size bed, private large bathroom with shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full size futon. One large bathroom with tub separates the two bedrooms.

The new oversized swimming pool has heater and 9 ft jacuzzi next to the woods.
Relaxing evenings in front of a real fire place, chilling on a very comfortable sectional sofa.

THINGS TO REMEMBER DURING YOUR STAY:
PLEASE: Empty lint dryer after each use.
Park in driveways only. No motor homes or travel trailers permitted.
Do no touch pool valves or any type of equipment.
Energy conservation PLEASE. Turn off lights,fans tv etc.
Make sure AC is set to 78 or above.
Do not leave any trash bag out of the trash can. The animals will make a mess.
Garbage will be pick up on Scheduled days early in the morning.
Please check the skimmer basket daily. This will help your pool stay clean.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT:
Clean BBQ grill before checkout.
Remove the last night used sheets and place them on the laundry room floor.
Please wash all towels and washcloths, except for the last night.
(This is not a hotel, excessive laundry will be billed extra.)
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on.
Leave key under the mat at the front door.
Place All patio cushions, chairs, pool equiptment in a safe area (not on the dock or left at beach).
Make sure AC is turned up to 82 and all lights are off.
